The WomenLead Mentorship Programme is an exciting initiative in which we match women leaders of community-based and survivor organisations with women leaders in other spheres, for a mutual sharing of information and expertise. This model enables women leaders at different stages of the mentor and mentee relationship, to learn from and mentor each other in diverse areas.
Women leaders have a lot to contribute but they don’t often get access to key platforms to be able to add their voices to issues that matter to them. TALLAWAH amplifies the voices of the women leaders as social disruptors advocating for changes in laws, policies and systems that perpetuate systemic injustice against women, about climate change, economic and social justice. We empower them to speak!
